Design Engineer - (With strong proficiency in NX)

Skill Requirements:
  • Experience of 3D Modelling and 2D drafting/detailing of mechanical components and assemblies
  • Ability to understand requirements, perform basic design calculations, create design concepts / packaging layouts
  • Ability to create detailed designs considering DFM and DFA, Create detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings
  • Good understanding of Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and exposure to tolerance stack-up calculations
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, casting, forging and machining
  • Understanding of sizing standards of common components such as steel sheets, tubes, pipes, flanges, etc
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player

Qualifications and Experience:
  • BE or Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering)
  • Experience: 2 to 7 Years
  • Good Mechanical Engineering fundamentals
  • Good proficiency in Unigraphics (NX)
  • Exposure to other CAD tools such as Creo-Parametric (Pro-Engineer) / Autodesk Inventor / Solid Works
  • Exposure to working in PDM / PLM environment


Project Engineer - CAD (Positions at multiple levels)

Skill Requirements:
  • Experience of 3D Modelling and 2D drafting/detailing of mechanical components and assemblies

Project Engineer - FEA (Positions at multiple levels)

Skill Requirements:
  • Experience of carrying out linear and non-linear stress analysis, Thermal analysis and Dynamic analysis (Modal and forced response)
  • Good understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) theory and practices
  • Ability to carry out analytical calculations using first principles / engineering fundamentals
  • Ability to understand and comprehend requirements, understand operating environment of the component and system, define analysis. approach with appropriate loads and boundary conditions and define appropriate acceptance criteria
  • Ability to interpret analysis results and provide design recommendations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation
  • Awareness of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, casting, forging and machining
  • Team player

Qualifications and Experience:
  • BE / B Tech/ ME / MTech (Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering)
  • Experience: 1 to 6 Years
  • Good Mechanical Engineering fundamentals
  • Good proficiency in one or more FEA tools: ANSYS, MSC/Nastran
  • Exposure to pre-processing / post-processing tools such as HyperMesh, MSC/Patran


Project Engineer CFD (Positions at multiple levels)

Skill Requirements:
  • Experience of carrying out computational analysis for internal and external flows (Flow velocity and pressure simulations, Heat transfer simulations, Aerodynamic simulations, Performance predictions)
  • Good understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) theory and practices
  • Good understanding of performance characteristics of mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, engines, etc
  • Ability to carry out analytical calculations using first principles / engineering fundamentals
  • Ability to understand and comprehend requirements, understand operating environment of the component and system, define analysis approach with appropriate boundary conditions and define appropriate acceptance criteria
  • Ability to interpret analysis results and provide design recommendations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation
  • Awareness of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, casting, forging and machining
  • Team player

Qualifications and Experience:
  • BE / B Tech/ ME / MTech (Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering), Specialization in Thermal and Fluid sciences is preferable
  • Experience: 1 to 6 Years
  • Good Mechanical Engineering fundamentals
  • Good proficiency in one or more CFD tools: CFX, Fluent, Star-CCM, OpenFOAM
  • Exposure to pre-processing / post-processing tools such as ICEM, HyperMesh
